Rouleur MM-4 B/W

Rouleur MM-4 B/W

316 designs Rouleur body, Stingray style. Emg MMTW pickup & BQC three band EQ. The EQ has a parametric mid boost/cut, and the treble has 4 adjustable presets. Bubinga is a favorite tonewood of Warwick, Rickenbacker, an other high end builders. It brings warm lows that are clear and articulate. Similarly, wenge is also favored by said builders and brings a mid forward tone with lots of punch. The EMG active system is clean, clear, versatile and whisper quiet. The BQC tone contouring, along with splittable pickup yield an endless varitey of tones. The midrange is parametric from 100-1k hz. You can also pre-select 4 different ranges for the treble. You can leave the EQ flat and savor all the great organic tone in the woods, or dial it up and get a variety of great modern tones. The neck -as with all my instruments- has been professionally trued, leveled and dressed. This one has nearly the lowest action I've been able to put toghether at just a hair over 1mm @ 12th. The raw wenge neck has a slightly thicker jazz profile. 38mm width at the nut, but with the p-bass girth for a more substantial feel. All this yield  a smoothness that is comfortablble to the point of being nearly telepathic.
